Adelaide Specialist Clinic is at 280 North East Road, Klemzig SA 5087, inside Klemzig Village near the OG Road intersection. There is ample free parking on site and the clinic is on the ground floor. Klemzig Interchange on the O-Bahn is a short walk away, and North East Road bus services stop outside.
What is in the building
Klemzig Village brings together a GP clinic, pharmacy, Clinpath pathology, allied health and nutrition, mental health and psychology, and a café. For a cardiology patient this means blood tests, prescriptions and a GP follow-up can all happen in one visit.
Your cardiologist
A/Prof Johan Verjans is a consultant cardiologist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide. He sees patients with chest pain, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and requests cardiac CT, echocardiography and Holter monitoring as needed. He combines clinical cardiology with research in medical AI, and has led AI systems now used in SA Health emergency departments.

Ask your GP for a referral, then call (08) 7089 9533 Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, or email [email protected]. GPs can send referrals to HealthLink EDI adelspec or fax (08) 7089 9522. Urgent referrals are triaged on the day they arrive.
